1. Definitions & Introduction

The meanings of some key terms used in these conditions are clarified below:

• "Platform" — r788's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — A personal user profile registered in a user's name and operated on the platform.

• "Bonus" — Promotional credits or benefits provided by the platform, usable subject to specific conditions.

2. Account Registration & Personal Information

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are opened under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address, the platform reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts and forfeit the funds.

2.4 Identity Verification

r788 may at any time request additional documents to verify your identity — such as a national ID card, passport, or proof of payment method. The platform reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

By registering an account, the user confirms they are at least 21 years of age. r788 may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and funds may not be refundable.

In addition, the following individuals will be considered ineligible to use r788:

• Those who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from the platform and whose exclusion period is still active.
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to fraud or policy violations.
• Individuals who are legally subject to an order prohibiting them from gambling or online betting.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

On your first deposit at r788, you will receive a 100% match bonus, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only and each bonus has a set validity period.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically permitted.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the associated account being cancelled.
• r788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP & Loyalty Rewards

r788's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is calculated based on your net losses and specific conditions apply.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on r788 are considered final once placed. The platform reserves the right to void any bet that occurs due to a technical error.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a server outage, network disconnection, or any other technical issue, the platform's log records will be taken as the definitive basis for determining the outcome.

6.3 Suspicious Activity

If evidence is found of fraudulent, automated (bot), or coordinated strategies being used in any bet or game, all associated bets will be voided and the account will be closed. Ensuring fair and honest play is our commitment.

6.4 Sports Betting

When betting on sports markets, the relevant sporting rules apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and funds returned, though different rules may apply in specific markets.
